Nuclear New Build

Read this if you are going to build a new nuclear power plant.

This is a start of a new document that will be written incrementally. It will describe how you plan for, acquire, construct and eventually start operating a nuclear power plant.

It may also deal with decommissioning the plant. About 80 years following its start of operation. Describing this is most certainly premature, but may indicate the kind of obligations you should be aware of when deciding to build a plant.
